Request Gurus/Experts of this forum to clarify my query :
I'm staying in UK since October 2007, entered UK on work permit and converted to Tier 1 General in April 2009 since then staying on Tier 1 General
In last 5 years, I have a single consecutive absence of 105 days Outside UK (from March 2011 till June 2011) I was on still on Tier 1 visa during this consecutive absence from UK
I have heard that as per the new immigration rules old rule consecutive 90 days is no more valid, as per this new rule am I eligible for applying ILR ?
During this absence I was working from India (Paid in India), in June 2011 left India by resigning from company and returned to UK (July 2011) have moved to new employer will this be an issue for applying ILR as per the new rules?
Do I have to give explanation for my 105 days absence period if I apply for ILR ?
