List of FOI requests in regards to benefit "Entitlement

OK:

Whilst I do not condone anybody "living off benefits" (I am a firm believer that you should ALWAYS work for a living) - there are benefits that people ARE ENTITLED TO. (in some form or another...

for instance: you loose your job, and have a family to support... How do you do this if you have no money?

Obviously, as with any government department.. they can be very devious about how they reply to you ETC...

So I decided that I would post some FOI requests... At present there are no replies (except the general responses - and I had to clarify a couple of my requests - because I got the "FAQ list from UKBA"...)

Im hoping that this might help some others (The main reason I posted these were because of the state of Child Benefit - I was outright lied to by the CB helpline stating my wife couldnt claim Child Benefit legally)

I guess some of these requests might not weigh up to the "public interests" test though... We will see...
