Tier 2 Cooling Off Period

Hi,

I have a valid UK Work Permit (Tier 2 - ICT - Long Term Staff Migrant) till MArch 2014, It was issued in the month of March 2012, I travelled to UK for a Project but due to personal reasons I came back to my country and continued the job from Offshore, Now I am supposed to travel again to UK for 4-5 months, Could you please let me know if I can travel on the same visa,

Will the Cooling Period be applicable for my case as well though I am not applying for a new visa and will be coming back to the same visa and will be back to my country before my Leave Expire
