No, but the chances of getting the visa would be higher if the business was relevant to the degree. Previous experience counts too, so you'll be fine I think.

As per new rules for the genuinesses of the business it is

Qualification + Experience = Business,

I think you will be fine as you have experience in IT and done MBA so cant see problem there
