T2 ICT Dependent : outside UK for more than 180 Days

Hi,

I am currently on Tier 2 ICT visa in UK from Feb 2010. My wife joined me in UK as dependent in May 2011. Now she is pregnant and we are planning to have baby in India, so, she has to go to india and would return in another 6 months or so. May be more than 180 days. + Every year we both goto india at least for 20 days. After childbirth my wife and child will join me back in UK and will be here continuously till 2015.

Assuming I will be eligible for PR in 2015, following are my questions :

1. Will my wife be able to apply for PR with me in 2015?
2. Will this long stay in india (>180) affect her chances of applciation/eligibility for PR?
3. Will the newborn be eligible for PR with me?

Would appreciate if you can help me answer these questions as soon as possible, as it will help us decide on where to plan the childbirth (UK / India)
