The following information give the criteria in accepting PEO service.I want to know a little bit clarification if there is any information available on the point complex case as marked in red below.
Premium service
This page describes the types of application that you can normally submit in person using the 'premium service' at our public enquiry offices in the UK. Some offices cannot handle all types of application.
Our public enquiry offices cannot consider your application if you are:
a person who has been given discretionary leave to remain or humanitarian protection;
a person with a poor immigration history;
applying for permanent residence on the basis of 10 or 14 years' residence;
a business person, innovator, sole representative or investor;
a seaman;
a Gurkha; or
an elderly dependant;
a parent of a child who is settled in the UK
a parent exercising access rights
any application outside of the Immigration Rules or not on any of these lists are not considered in our public enquiry offices.
Also, they cannot consider your application if
or your case is complex.
your case is not covered by the Immigration Rules; or
your sponsor is a staff member of the Home Office or the UK Border Agency. To protect the confidentiality of your sponsor and to prevent any possibility of corrupt behaviour, these applications must be made by post. You should send your application to the address on the application form, with a note stating that the sponsor is a serving member of staff at the Home Office or the UK Border Agency.
In the above case could anyone clarify here if the problems for example like,
-Fines,penalties,police caution,family disturbance,divorce,re marrying,domestic violence, separation,new birth, drinking driving,drinking in the public place etc etc do fall under this topics??
Or any post of other specific definition about the complex case would be appreciated.
Thanks fellows,
Londener
