FLR(M) Financial information section 7.3a advice please

Hi there, my partner is applying for leave to remain and we are only relying on my salaried income, as the sponsor, to meet the financial requirements.

In section 7.3a, there is a table which contains a list of employment questions.

The table has 2 columns, one for 'You' and one for 'Your Sponsor'.

My question is: Does my partner need to include their employment information in that table, even though it isnt being relied upon to meet the financial requirement?

If the answer is yes, does my partner need to provide evidence of their emplyment (payslips etc) even though we arent using that to meet the financial requirement?

Are you refering to table 7.3a on page 19?
Please read first para of FINANCIAL REQUIREMENTS on page 17 to make sure the section to complete either 7A(page 17) or 7B (on page 25).

I'm required to complete section 7.A.

In that section there is a table on page 19 that has space for both parties. My question is - do I need to add employment info for both parties even if we are only relying on one party to meet the financial obligation? The guidance isnt very clear. Help please!
