Hi there, my partner is applying for leave to remain and we are only relying on my salaried income, as the sponsor, to meet the financial requirements.
In section 7.3a, there is a table which contains a list of employment questions.
The table has 2 columns, one for 'You' and one for 'Your Sponsor'.
My question is: Does my partner need to include their employment information in that table, even though it isnt being relied upon to meet the financial requirement?
If the answer is yes, does my partner need to provide evidence of their emplyment (payslips etc) even though we arent using that to meet the financial requirement?
