Hi i was going through the ukba site regarding SOC code and found that 'private tutor' is on the code. I want to know that can we work as private tutor as graduate level occupational list for tier 1 entrepreneur visa

If it is level 4 or above yes you can do.. But you need continous access to 50k£ if you are going through PS route. Plus it should make little bit of sense how you will invest for example you going to open your own teaching Acadmey - plus cover all aspects of Tier 1 Enter Guidance policy..

Yes you can, if you're actually set up a proper business and as long as you can fulfill other requirements.
You should add your business plan and like the previous reply says, have access to the funds on an ongoing basis or your application will be refused.
