I already have a EEA FP and i am working in UK, but:
1- I applied for Residence card last November(2012) and hopefully i will receive the answer before next May (2013)...my problem is that my EEA FP expire date is March (2013). If well i have the letter of application from UKBA I dont know if i have to apply form new EEA FP or I have to wait till receive the answer from them about RC...and if I have to wait...what happen if i have to travel out of Uk ...can I come back with my EEA FP expired and the letter?
2- I am very interested in a PhD program at Queens university ( Belfast) but i don't know if i can study with my EEA FP or if I can work AND study.....or i will have to wait for receive my RC?
