ESOL test in the Midlands

After several attempts the wife who is applying for ILR is really struggling to pass the Life In The UK test.
AFAIK you can take an ESOL test as an alternative but I have no idea of where she can do a course or who to contact to find out.

Does anyone have any pointers for UKBA accredited places/courses in the Midlands around the Leicester area?
