ILR application for spouse of British citizen( English Lang)

Post by ziakhan1 » Sun Feb 03, 2013 7:51 pm

Wondered if any one would be kind enough to give some advice plz,
My wife's current spouse visa will expire on 04/04/13. its regarding English language test. she has passed Life in the UK, would that be sufficient .
brief hx as follow:

Initial settlement visa application 15/07/10

Decision made on the Application 17/10/11( refused due to missing English translation of Marriage certificate)

Appealed and decision overturned on Review 22/11/10,
visa Stamped on 04/01/11
came to UK 12/01/11
She did not have to provide any evidence of english language proficiency as the application was made prior to the 29/11/10 , although the visa was issued on 04/01/11 on Appeal, would life in the UK be suffficient or she has to take any other language test.

Life in uk is enough. She doesn't need any other test!
Thanks!
