Hi Everybody,
I have a friend who is planning to visit me in april. He does not have a PROFFESSIONAL job but works in a cyber cafe getting paid cash in hand in Egypt. He does not get paid regularly and his payments depends on the customers he attracts at the cyber cafe and the deals he makes at cyber cafe. He has a balance of approximately £3000 in his bank account as savings. I am just worried he may not get a visiting visa as he does not have any evidence to suggest strong ties with his home country. He is only coming to visit for a 3 to 4 weeks. What does he need to do to show that he has strong ties to his homeland country?

Social and economic ties. You've already mentioned his economic ties. If you are asking if he will be granted a visa, it's not possible to predict. Only he will know the answer to that when he opens his returned package from the VAC in Egypt.
