ILR pankina transitional arrangement

I am about to apply for ILR. I came to the uk under HSMP in January 2008. in January 2010 i applied for extension under tier 1 but application was rejected on the basis of maintenance of funds.Case went to appeal but due to pankina case i won the appeal.court case was held in july 2010 and visa got stamped in passport in august 2010 under pankina transitional arrangement to expire august 2013.
Question: on the ilr forms it gives 2 different categories of pre 6 april 2010 and post 6 april 2010. which category should i claim points under?
