Depend r accessing child visa which could be easier to apply

Hi,

I had PR when i was in UK with my husband and Son.Now i am in India with my parents after our split.My son and husband is in UK now.I Left UK 3 yrs before.My PR status expired now as i stayed more than 2 yrs out of UK.Now we wish to rejoin again for the sake of our son.

If i wish to return back to UK whether i am eligible to apply for PR again?

If not which visa would be better choice to apply whether dependent or accessing to child Visa.

You may be able to argue that you fall within the exception to the two year rule because of your close ties to the UK.
