Hello anyone

Is it possible to pursue a JR whist still waiting for a response on a fresh claim that has been pending almost a year and half?
I have been contacted only once by HO since the fresh claim asking for passport size photos that was 8 months ago.

in total say first application plus the fresh one add up to 5 to 6 years

In anycase am looking for a good lawyer to represent me if its found possible
