Applying for ILR as a spouse

Hi,

I have a question to ask about applying for settlement as a spouse
I got my entry clearance as a dependent on 31 Jan, 2011.
My husband got his settlement on 8th November, 2011 and I had to apply for extension (FLR(M)) on 5th Dec, 2012 as I had not completed 2 years then to apply for settlement. Am I eligible to apply for settlement now?
