Hi I just requested back for my husband's passport, but in the field where they ask, Whose documents you require, I stated SPOUSE, I didn't mention sponsor, is that okay ? I am freaking out just incase they think it's my passport I am wanting back and withdraw my application .

you can submitt ROC form.. if u dont want to withdraw ur passport. im a bit confused of u!
