SET(O) or SET(M) Confused. Please help!!

Hi All

I was in HSMP from Feb 2008 to 2010 and Tier1(General) till Feb 2013. My wife was granted 'Tier 1 dependent' in Mar 2011 when she joined me in UK. My wife completes 2 years only by March 2013 but her visa expires Feb 2013 in a couple of days. So I had to apply for ILR without including her in the application.

Now I have got my ILR. May I know which application form should I use for applying ILR for my wife? Is it SET(O) or SET(M)? I am really confused. Please help. Thanks.
