Post by suis » Mon Feb 04, 2013 3:21 pm

Hi all,

i had 2 accident by last year,

both accidents happened on the motorway , some one hit my car (rear side) , i had whiplash injury for two accidents,

still my insurence company solicitors are dealing with this ,

none of them accidents were not my fault. so my quesiton is will this going to be a problem for my PR ?

thanks
regards

I like the way you mentioned re "whiplash" !!
Regardless, not sure why would this impact your PR. Having an accident is not an offence, especially when you are not at fault, which you claim to be.

I think he is worried about a bogus whiplash claim having an effect rather than the accident itself. I saw him playing golf the next day and sent the video to the insurance company.

ah thanks guys for the quick reply,

good to hear that this will have no effect to my PR,
but its better to take some letters from my solicitor (just in case) ? what do you think ?

but dont be funny guys, with regards to my accidents , it was like a bomb blast inside my car(big shock) ...not sure you guys had this type of accidents or heard anything , it was very very painful, specially you cant sleep at night for couple of months, and very scary to drive after this.

anyway watch out your rear specially on motorways specially on Friday's
