Maintenance funds transfer

Hi, I applied on Aug and maintaining the £1000 Maintenance funds for more than a year. I have overdraft facility in this account. As I can't withdraw money from my other 50k ac I need to use the overdraft money.
Now if i transfer £1000 to a saving ac will it be a problem as long as I m maintaining the fund in on going process but different ac.

As we all know that when u seek current or u can say cleared balnce the money in saving account is not shown in ur balance. So my advise is not to keep money in savong account

I will not recommend transfer £1000 into saving account as if they request recent statement it has to be of same bank account statement which you have submitted with your initial application.

so my advise stick to maintain the balance of same account.

i dont think u need to maintain d maintainance funds in ur account until u get visa.u jus need to maintain dem until u apply for visa so i think u cn use those funds.u jusneed to maintain 50k funds as per new rules

i dont think u need to maintain d maintainance funds in ur account until u get visa.u jus need to maintain dem until u apply for visa so i think u cn use those funds.u jusneed to maintain 50k funds as per new rules

yes buntyz you are absolutely correct that you need to maintain these funds for 90 days only on the date you submit your application ...... but remember there was same rules sort of rules or even easier for investment funds that you just need to show the balance 50k / 200k on the day of submitting the application and there was no cap on number of days etc ......

but you see how things changed and most of us are affected by this change so I will not recommend this to anyone to touch the maintenance funds either .....

please all maintain both maintenance and investment funds at all time if you can as it will definitely save us from hassle.

I think its not about withdrawing maintenance fund but transfering to another account.
I think its fine as long as its not gone down less then 900 pounds in any single day just in case.
i know ppl send 2 or more accounts to show their maintenance fund in on going process.what u think guys?

Yes you are right we just need to show 900 for 90 days at the time of submission of application, and there is no mention of maintining these funds after but remember the way the change the rules for investment funds as we have to have access to 50 k on on going basis.

So just to be on safe side keep the money in your account both for investment ffunds and maintenance.
