Maintenance funds in 2 different ac

Hi, I going to apply soon in tier 4 and maintained the £1000 Maintenance funds for more than 2 months in two different account. Basically, I transferred £1000 to a saving account 3 weeks ago from my current account where the money was held for 2 months. Will it be a problem as long as I m maintaining the fund in on going process but different ac?
