Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) application

Hi all

I have got some questions about the Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) and would be grateful if you clarify some of them.

1. As we know the dependants of the main applicant are allowed to work. But does that imply that they are allowed to own/run any businesses in the UK other than the business of the main applicant?

2. Are the main applicant and his dependants allowed to own/run business outside the UK while getting money to the UK accounts? Is it possible for them to be employed abroad as well?

3. I prepare the business plan to be attached to my application. But as we know it may take a long time from the UKBA to make a decision. What if the circumstances change in such a way that I will have to make the business in another way than I describe in the business plan (but within the same professional area, IT for instance). Will the business plan and the results achieved be analized again when making a decision about the leave to remain (after 3 years and 4 months) and ILR after 5 years? Or UKBA will be interested in creating 2 jobs and my active involvement in running business during all the period?
