Tier 2 ICT COS Query

Hi,

My Tier 2 ICT Visa Application got rejected, because of the no.of payslips submitted are for the last 11 months only , not for 12 months.

Now if i have to re-apply, do i need to get a new COS ?

Same COS should work if the reason was the payslips attach 12 payslips n apply again

They should honour the same CoS if you re-apply. The sponsor could check to see if the CoS is coming up as used but even if it is the Consulate you applied to should still honour the original CoS.
