ILR section 11L query

Post by abc111 » Tue Feb 05, 2013 9:39 am

Section 11LMy situation: Combination of work permit and Tier 1 (G). Work permit held before made application for Tier 1 (G).

Section 11L asks if one is claiming continuous residence based on above combination then they should provide evidence that they met relevant requirements of immigration rules (while being on work permit).

What evidence should I provide? Would FLR and work permit letter will be Ok?
I also have payslips that I used for Tier 1 (G) application!!

Yes, that plus your P60's for the period you were employed as a WP Holder would meet the that requirement.

Thanks.

If P60 is missing then would payslips covering the period be fine?
Thanks.

Yes. Or you could request your employment history from HMRC instead.
