your account balance should be £50,900 at the end of statement in which £900 should be maintained for 90 days minimum .... if your balance is 50k only than you have not submitted the proof of maintenance and it probably will cause problem.

do you have any other account where you have £900 balance for 90 consecutive days on the date when you submitted your application?

Thanks for your help, I applied and I am waiting now. The balance was 50K the day before application; I have showed two statement 50K and maintenance statement not less than 900 for 4 month from one bank account.
For maintenance fund, I have to show the balance is not less than 900 for 3 three month so is there any problem?
If there is problem, can I send new statement after application?
Please help me,
Thanks,
HV

If it is possible to send a new statement (I suggest you send one to them if possible), then open a new personal account, add 900 Pounds to that account. I think (not sure) that this can count towards the 50,000, as that does not have to be held for 3 months before applying.
So you'll have 900 for 3 months, and 49,100 for the investment. To add to that, you can perhaps show 900 towards investment in a different account that you may open now.

Can you please clarify that how many bank statement you submitted ? You mention you submitted 2 statement so you trying to say you submitted two copies of same account statement one for 50 k funds and other copy for maintenance funds ?

If that is the case than your balance should be 50,900 and minimum balance of 900 must be maintained for 90 days in tht statement.

Many thanks for your answer.

I have attached two statements from one bank account; one is 50K at date before application, another 4 months not less than 900.
How can they separate these two funds? For example, maybe I prepare maintenance fund statement the days before my 50K fund statement?

Thanks

so you attached 1 account statement but 2 copies with different statement ending dates ?

you played very smart and might get away but I doubt it as its entirely upto the case worker how much details he will look into this.

ideally you should have one statement with balance of £50,900 where your account balance shouldn't be under £900 for last 90 day and you will be fine but now just wait and watch.

I do not think it should be a problem. Some people do have only one bank account.

The only problem UKBA have is that you must not show that you have used £900 from £50,000 of funds.

Anyways, It's always advisable to keep your sponsor and maintenance funds separate!
