Need help for applying spouse visa second time.

Hi All,
I got married in Pakistan, Applied for visa and after 3 months my wife got spouse visa ,but unfortunately she took Khulla because she thought she can find someone better(very annoying and may Allah give these kind of people Hidayat). I lost time, money ,emotions and social respect.

She did not come here and we do not have children. I cancled her visa and going to submit my khulla/ talaq paper in union council to get proper divorce certificate in Pakistan.
Now planning for second marriage and need to know how to apply and which kind of documents need to submit from my first marriage/ divorce?
It would be really helpful, if someone can explain me how to apply spouse visa for second wife.
