ILR based on staff Job but currenlty self employed

Post by shopdesavu » Tue Feb 05, 2013 12:55 pm

Hi, I am currenlty employed as staff and my ILR is due in May'13. I have been offered really good contract job and if I accept the offer then I have to open limited company. My question is when I apply for ILR in May'13, could I just show my current staff salary to achieve required points and do not submit any documents for my limited company or will I require to submitted all documents for limited company as well even if I am not claiming any points on that income.

All advice is greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

The choice is totally yours. As you are aware you can show 12 months earnings from the past 15 months and if you get all the points in a few months then you might be able to do it without needing to show your income from the new venture.
Thanks!
