ILR application query

Post by IL4Uk » Tue Feb 05, 2013 10:26 pm

Guys, First thanks to all who have been part of this forum and sharing their valuable information to others for their success.

I am planning to apply for IRL in next month and I will have 2 dependents.
I have come to UK in Oct 2006 and spent first 2 years on Work Permit and Then rest on Tier 1. The reason I been delayed because I wanted my wife to complete 2 years residency in UK as well.

I have some doubts to clarify and I hope your expert advise will help me:
1) Is it only SET(O) I should be using only for me and 2 dependents
2) Should I be counting my absense for first 5 years or from the date I landed in UK till I apply for IRL
3)I am sure I am not more than 180 days outside UK on continuous period but if I consolidate all absense for all my stay in UK then it will be around 120 days. How many total days of stay outside uk is allowed?
4)Is there any service where we can check documents before we make application to ukba?

Thankyou and your help very much appreciated.

Regards,
IL4Uk

It is the SET(O) form you require. However, it would help if you read the the ILR FAQ to begin, as most of your questions would be answered by doing so: http://www.immigrationboards.com/viewtopic.php?t=79378
