Hello everybody,

I made fresh asylum claim in 2012 but home office refused my application after that my solicitor sent the pre action protocol letter to home office to change decision that if you do not change your decision we are going to JR, but home office made the same decision then my solicitor made the application for JR but home office didn’t sent any grounds to the court they just sent the latter to my solicitor with consent form they stated that if you are withdraw your JR we reconsider your fresh claim. But my solicitor stated that if you’re give my cost and right of appeal then we will withdraw our case if you’re not then court will decide. After that home office sent one other latter to my solicitor that we don’t pay your cost and we don’t want you withdraw your JR application you just sign the consent to reconsider your application and my solicitor advised to me to sign this consent. I just want to ask that is it good for me or not can anybody tell me please.
