I got a question from one of my friend.


When Home Office curtail the leave do they send documents to your employer and your home address or they just keep in their system and tell you when you go for extension?

a bit of background info would be useful if its not too much trouble...if leave is curtailed they wont be eligible for extension in the same category

The college she got diploma from turned out to be bogus and closed by UKBA recently.

She got Tier1 general first time on that diploma. She is not sure whether her leave to remain is curtail / cancelled , or is it still fine?

Is there anyway to check that.

Also she change the address in between and home office still got her old address in her system. However home office do know the employer she works for but they also hasn't received any correspondence from UKBA regarding this.
