What is required when applying through FLR(M)?

Hi I am applying dependent visa for my wife using FLR(M). I have already a
pplied for ILR-10 year long residence route for myself just one month ago and now waiting for the decisson. In order to apply for her what documents are required apart from English language test could anybody advice please? My wife and baby are now in the UK and their current visa will expire at the end of this month as a dependent of PSW visa. Their current visa was issued before July 9 2012.
