ACCA (13/14 Papers Comleted) PSW to TIER 2 INFO PLEASE

Hi All,

I have completed 13 out of 14 papers in ACCA. I am currently working for a company who are registered sponsors for Tier 2. My PSW expires in May 13. I am on 24k pa.Kindly help me with information for the following:

1. I am working as Assistant Finance Manager, Does this fall under code-2421?

2. I do only 2 roles specified under the duties for SOC 2421. do my company has to mention all the roles specified under 2421 as my job profile for me to be eligible for TIER 2?

3. Under SOC 2421 Minimum rates:
• ACCA Part 1 qualified £14,000
• ACCA Part 2 qualified £17,000
• ACCA Part 3 qualified £20,000

Do I fall in Part 2 Qualified?

4. Please suggest what changes in my designation/ profile do i have to request my company for me to be eligible for TIER 2.
