 I just got ILTR on the 06/12/2012 and am married to BC. When would I qualify to apply for neutralization? Please people help, I know somewhere somehow someone must have answered this, but please help if you can.

Q5: I'm a EEA national/family member of EEA national. When can I apply for naturalisation?

If you hold a PR Confirmation for less than 1 year but have lived in the UK for 6 years, you can apply using option (1). The PR confirmation can only be used if you apply 1 year after the issue date.
May I suggest a clarification on this question?
I would add that this is because confirmation of permanent residency only reports the date the document itself was issued, not the date you acquired permanent resident status.

Also, the PR confirmation is free for EEA nationals, so if there is an atypical situation in which someone wishes to apply for naturalisation but it isn't clear if he/she acquired PR status, asking for PR confirmation first might be a good idea: if PR gets rejected you know you don't qualify for naturalisation and don't waste money on the naturalisation fee.

Both of them are born in India (indian citizen) and they are on ILR and also they have completed there 5years stay in UK. Hi,

I am in UK since last 5 years, first on HSMP then Tier-1 General, and after completing my 5 years in UK, I and my three children (born out-side UK) got ILR in August 2012. I got new baby born after ILR and I applied for his passport which arrived. My question is as one brother of other children is British by birth can they apply for Registration before completing 1 year i.e. before August 2013?

Q: A child (born outside UK) currently on ILR, one sibling is British Citizen by birth, (lived for 5 years in UK), can he apply for registration without waiting for completion of 1 year on ILR?

Thanks in advance for help.
