CoS renewal

Hi all,

Does anyone has an idea on when should we renew the CoS, If we have got the visa and CoS is due to expire. We do not need anyomore CoS to be allocated to anyone.

You're not being clear. You are an employer or you are the employee with the CoS?

If a CoS is expiring and the person needs to continue working here for the same sponsor then the sponsor needs to issue a new CoS and the employee needs to apply to extend their leave.

Sry....

My issue is i have applied for tier 2 visa and my CoS is due to expire in march...... If I get the visa before CoS expires, do i need to renew the CoS??
