Yes2. my wife is on psw visa, after my ilr which visa she can apply

sorry Z18 , as I am on similar scenario and I was told by one of the solicitor that my wife has to be on dependant visa before she qualifies for ILR. My wife entered UK on student visa in 2007and i switched to dependant visa in 2008& completed 10 years in nov 2012. My wife is currently on psw visa thats why I presumed op's situation being same as mine and advised without thinking.z18runway wrote:Wrong advice.
