I recently got my MP to contacted Ukba, and their reply was that my application has been forwarded to the appropriate casework unit for consideration. And they will notify me of the final decision on my application as soon as possible.. But what i dont understand i thought you have to enrol your biometric before they consider your application and i havent enrol my biometric has yet, so i dont get that bit where they state when they made the final decision...Im doing a extension under article 8. Im confused by this can someone please shed some light on this for me please... Thank you
Date application sent -5th october 2012
Date ukba received it- 8th october 2012
Payment taken-23rd october 2012
Acknowledgement received - 26th october 2012(dated 23rd october 2012)
Biometric Enrolment - Still waiting
Complain made- 20th november 2012
Received a reply about complain from ukba- 27th november 2012
Contact mp- December 2012
Mp received back a reply from ukba -11th january 2013
Documents received- Still waiting
This has been so stressful didnt thought it was so difficult to extend a visa, paying so much money for this service is disgraceful. Next time i will surely do PEO less stress.

Im extending under article 8.. i applied at the start of october.. Really dont know whats taken them so long everyday i sit at home waiting on this biometric letter and all now i cant receive it.
