Advise Needed

Hi Everyone, hope you are all fine. I just need some help from you guys.

I am originally from Pakistan and I am divorced from an EU citizen in 2010. To move on with life I met a lovely girl in Pakistan and we are going to get married next month. I am working in the financial sector with a good job and good salary and I have got my permanent residence card for 10 years. To apply for my wife visa, what steps are required, what documents are required ? any hints, tips, advise would be greatly appreciated.
