Citizenship and photograph

Post by kindle » Fri Feb 08, 2013 12:08 am

Hi every one. I have two stupid questions:

1. On page 11 of the guide AN about the photograph, it just said 'a recent passport size photograph', what does 'recent' mean? Can I use the one when I applied for ILR?

2. When the referees sign the form AN, do they have to date the date from my one year ILR onwards or they can date several days earlier?

I will be grateful if somebody can help me.

Photograph should be taken within last one month. Also, the recommendation is not to use the same photo you have previously used for UKBA etc application.

The date doesn't need to be after you are eligible. They can put the actual date and you can post it later when you are eligible.
