Hi there,

I have read the basic reading and understand there is no maintenance requirement however I have a problem.

I go into overdraft every month - about £100 or £200 and my Tier 1 General visa expires 12 April 2013.

I put £900 into my savings account months ago as I thought this is what I was meant to do - the stupid agent didn't tell me it must be in my current account.

Help would be appreciated

There is no minimum maintenance fund required for ILR. You your own satisfaction, you can get a original statement of your saving account too for your peace of mind
