References dated one month back

I live in NI and my refrees in England, I had posted the form to them and I got them back recently. But, now I've to get PSNI clearance as well as asked by Hounslow NCS.

As this may take some time possibly 2-3 weeks, would i be needed to take my references again, would a references dated one month back be accepted.

Anyone has any experience with this please

Not an issue (upto 6 months delay is acceptable).
