Urgent Help needed

Hi guys
My first post.
Thank you for having me here and i would appreciate if someone can answer my question

My wife received Indefinite leave to remain in 2007 .at the time she submitted Esol level 1 (reading and writting_)and a letter that stated that she was at prelevel 1 when joining and could not speak any english and needed help to fill out forms etc.. and now she can communicate better at level 1. anyway that was accepted and she was granted ILT
Now she wants to apply for BC. can she use that certification plus the same letter or simply state on the form that she fullfill the language requirement?
I heard some say that esol is not needed again if it was once used for ILT and other state that they received a request for certification after submitting the application for naturalisation?

Thanks for the quick reply so the answer as stated in your link is Esol again not needed just simply tick the box where it says already fullfilled the requirement when applied for ILT?. only i read in some other places that one person was sent a letter requesting the certification again.
