What do you mean? Do you mean apply for an emergency travel document from your embassy? From your other thread it seems your appeal is ongoing? If you leave the country your appeal will be deemed to be withdrawn.

Hi Greenie,

My appeal was initially refused by HO and later the decision was withdrawn by the HO rep in the court . It has been more than a year my application is pending with HO. How long i can stay in the country with out visiting home . My father has undergone a major surgery and it's a real shame that I am not there with my family even then. I would like to know if there is any way to get a Travel Document / certificate of travel so that I can travel to Home country and come back.

My Life is getting screwed up. Solicitors are demanding money for each task to do . I have spent around 3000 £ just to get a refusal from home office and put a appeal to the court..
