Hi,

Could some one plz clarify these doubts for filling Tier-1 extension form :

Q. B14: I have 3 addresses previously in past 5 years. Do i need to specify them ? If YES, How to copy the page ? total page or just the address boxes ?


2. Santander debit card : Will it be okay to pay £2700 using this card ? or shall i use Barclays Visa debit card instead ?

Yes u can , I have paid 2200 recently using santander debit card

Just reprint the same page for as many previous addresses as you wish to include.
