Company older than 3 motnhs

Post by allamis2 » Sat Feb 09, 2013 3:54 pm

Hi Everyone,

My company has been registered for more than 3 months and I was wondering if anyone knows what should I provide if my company has been registered more than 3 months. I believe that It 's ok if the company is still registered within the last 3 months period. But I was wondering if a recent appointment report would be enough to fulfill the requirement or do I need a new company registration report as well. I would highly appreciate any help to clarify this.

Thanks,
Al

Hi allamis2, Sonia here.

I believe you are applying in 'Sponsor' subcategory of Tier 1 Entrepreneur visa.

Just open the Policy guideline and check A4. in page 36 of 52.

It's always better to open a new company in order to keep everything in proper check and balance. There are no restrictions on running multiple companies... but I always advice to keep one company only for your Entrepreneur Visa.

Thanks for your reply Sonia but I am applying for a new entreupreuner visa. If I register another company then I need to sign some new contracts to prove that I am trading and my visa is running out soon so I dont even know if I have enough time to register another company and open a new bank account and...
