Tier1 dependant will be rejected - main applicant on ILR

Hi,

I am currently on ILR through 5 YEAR work permit route and have applied for pbs dependant for my wife and she is been living with for me 5 years now but could not pass life in uk test.
but her visa is likely to be rejected as I did not have maitenance funds..
Question is can I show
bank statement from Pakistan as I do have some account in there.

or what other options I have after her visa gets rejected.
can i re apply for here without leaving country????
if I can how many days she could stay before applying??

please advise.

Hi,

my wife's visa has been rejected due to insufficient funds and UKBA have retained her passport as well.

Question is
that as she has passed her life in uk test now, can i make a fresh application for her ILR, also i have booked an appointment for 8th May.

I have read the forum post and mostly it sounds like i can apply within 28 days of refusal.
However, in refusal letter it say that

'In all cases an application should be made before you current leave expires'.

and her visa is already expired on 8th dec 2012 as Tier 1 dependant application was made just few days before.

Plz advise, would we able to use that in person appointment for ILR application ?
