Question re: evidence of lawful residence

Post by sudhar » Sun Feb 10, 2013 11:42 am

Hi,

I'll be applying for BC soon. As evidence of lawful residence, I'll be enclosing my passport which has stamps of all visas and ILR except for one of my Tier 2 for which I got BRP. So for the last one I'll enclose the HO letter confirming approval of this visa. I'm almost sure this is enough for evidence of lawful residence according to the instructions. However, I just wanted to make sure I don't need to enclose letters from previous and current employers as evidence as well. Can someone please verify if the passport is enough or if employer letters are also needed.

Your help is much appreciated.

Kind regards,
Sudhar.
