Tier 2 6th April 2010 Submission Date?

I want to apply for ILR in 2015, but I am not sure if I qualify under the old rules. Here are my dates for original Tier 2 ICT in 2010.
26-03-2010 CoS Assignment
29-03-2010 Transaction Confirmation (date Visa processing at New York UK Consulate)
01-04-2010 Date I went to the Biometrics appointment ASC Durham, NC)
05-05-2010 Date the overnight UPS with all application documentation
09-04-2010 Date of the visa
15-04-2010 Date of Entry to UK.

If this does not permit me to eventually settle (bought a house here on the old rules), I may have to return to the USA in 2015 via a returning resident visa. It took 10 years through the greencard process. I don't want to have to go through a similar process again, if possible.
