Marriage Certificate

Good Morning all,

I am sending a joint application for naturalisation but I dont have a marriage certificate in English.

Will my wife's application be refused if I dont send a marriage certificate? My name is on her passport and we live on a same address plus she did apply on a spouse visa from abroad 4 year ago.

1. Is it still necessary to send a marriage certificate?
2. If yes then how can I get translated? cost?
