SEGS and ILR

Hi,

According to the tier based proposal (as of March 2006), SEGS (Science and Engineering Graduate Scheme) is to be subsumed into "Tier 1: Post Study".

Does this mean if a person on SEGS subsequently converts to HSMP or WP, after the rollout of the tier based system, the one year on SEGS can also be counted for ILR?
