Need confirmation regard Tier 1 Extn (Main + dependants)

Hi,

I need the confirmation by senior members regarding Tier 1 Extension (2 + 3 years) for me and my family (Spouse + Child) related documents and points calculation. I will be applying in a couple of days by Royal mail special delivery post.

I have my own limited company and 100% share holder of that. I am taking as a Salary + dividends from last Jan. 2012 to Dec 2012.

Main applicant documents details and points calculation as below

1.> Age - 5 (Passport as an evidence. Previously granted 5 points as an age)

2.> Qualification - 30 - Engineering Degree ( I am not sending degree this time as previously assessed and score points on same qualification. It’s would save time and fast the process for Visa application)

3.> English Language - 10 - As previously claim (Qualification and degree taught in English)

4.> Earning - 40

i) 12 Months salary slips with Gross and Net Pay, NI, Tax contribution mentioned (Jan 12 - Dec 12) (given by accountant. Its Blue colour pre printed letter headed with my company name printed without any sign and stamp)

ii) 12 dividends voucher (Printout on A-4 sheet as a Company letterhead and Signed by me)

iii) Accountant letter .

iv)Accountant Letter with breakdown of salary + dividends with date.

v) Last 12 months Original personal Bank statement confirming amount entry.

vi) Original contract agreement between my company & XYZ Company for source of earning.

5.> Fund Maintenance 10 –

Last 12 month bank statement already attached in which last 90 days can refer as maintenance fund for me and family
(Main 900 + Dependent 750 X each dependent)

6.> U.K. Experience 5 -

Salary Slip & Dividend voucher with bank statement (As mentioned above)

7.> Original passport
8.> Original BRP Card
9.> 2 Photo
10> printout of UKBA point calculation summary.
11> application form (version 12/12) with HSBC debit card detail for payment (1500 GBP).

Docs for Dependent (Spouse + Child) as below
:-
1.> Application form (Applications form made on or after 1 October 2012) with Hsbc debit card details
2.> Marriage certificate
3.> 90 days maintenance fund already showing with main applicant’s bank statement.
4.> Original Passports
5.> 2 Passport photo each dependent.
6.> Birth certificate of the kids

Note: -

i.) I am not providing my Business bank statement, Company incorporation letter, Vat etc for avoid any confusion of caseworker and fast the visa process.

ii.) Degree also not providing as previously accessed by UKBA and One of my friend had not got back his degree certificate from home office when he got all his documents.

iii.) I am providing only the mandatory required documents & information by UKBA.

Query :-

1.> Also my worry point is that we all (Main + Dependants) pay by HSBC- Visa debit card would payment smoothly and without any problem.
I have called HSBC bank they suggest me to call 30 min prior to transaction. I do not know when the amount will debit. If I pay by bank draft then it cost more (20 Pound each draft).

2> Should I send my Bacholer degree again for qualification and English requirement ?

Please advice me as I have mentioned above details is ok or not for Tier 1 general VISA extension (Main + dependents).

Also let me know if anything I am missing or I should provide?

1. You don't need to submit your degree again.
2. You don't need to submit Company documents, accounts, invoices etc
3. Call HSBC an hour earlier.. for safe side.

You also don't need the points calculator printout - all this info is already in the application form.
